Submit an absence online

Submit a student absence using our online attendance form below. 

  • By completing and submitting this form you are authorizing Stone MS to note the absence/late arrival of your child for the date(s) given.
     
  • If you have multiple students who attend Stone MS and who will be absent or late, you must complete this form for each child.
     
  • You may also call our 24-hour attendance hotline at 703-631-5555 to report an absence.

ATTENDANCE PROCEDURES

This attendance form is to be submitted by the parent/legal guardian only.
Are you submitting a full day absence, a late arrival, or early release?
Please check this box if you wish to report consecutive day absences.
Please check the consecutive days of the absence.
Please check the student in at the attendance office when you arrive to the building.
Please come into the building, present a valid ID, and sign the student out.
Will the student be returning to school?
Please check the student in at the attendance office when you arrive to the building.
If reporting an ill child, include symptoms, especially if they have fever, nausea, vomiting, sore throat, and/or cough. If your child has a diagnosis from a healthcare provider, please include that information.
