Stone MS Wellness Week (Jan. 11-15)

Wellness is the act of practicing healthy habits on a daily basis to attain better physical and mental health outcomes, so that instead of just surviving, you're thriving. Now, more than ever, it is important that we are taking steps everyday to ensure we are striving for maximum wellness!

The Student Services department invited all Stone students and staff members to show how they relax during our Virtual Wellness Week on Jan. 11 through 15.

Healthy recipes were shared, photos including what they were thankful for, a collaborative Padlet wall for mindfulness activities students and staff found most helpful to relax. See our photo gallery below!
